October,2004 Yasunaga Corporation has done the spin-out, the Wire saw business in Yasunaga Wiresaw Systems Co.,Ltd, and IC Scanner and Linear Pulse Motor business in YASUNAGA S&I Co.,Ltd.
September, 2002 A subsidiary "Yasunaga Shanghai Corp." was established in China (Shanghai) .
